Tri-County Property Services & Management does not approve or deny applications. Each association has its own review process, criteria, and timeline for approval. These can vary significantly from one community to another.
To avoid delays, please ensure that all applications are completely and accurately filled out, and that all required supporting documents are submitted. The review process does not begin until all necessary materials have been received.
The sooner complete information is submitted, the sooner the process can move forward. We're here to assist you, but we rely on your timely cooperation to help keep things on track.
